It never appeared to make you throw your hands up in despair - although you might have done quietly. I would love to have your staff next year.

Fruitful Jobs have supplied labour to the RFU events support team for 8 years and in that time they have worked on the delivery of 4 Major event promotional tours covering England from North to South and East to West. They have supplied staff on a short term notice to help delivery one off event days at Twickenham stadium and other venues around England.

During the 8 years the working relationship has been such that I can rely on Fruitful Jobs to deliver a professional team who have been trained to work within and alongside our professional delivery event support team. In the eight years we have not had to return any staff or have had any reason to cancel the contract with any one particular member of the supplied staff. The team managers supplied by Fruitful to liaise with my team and manage the Fruitful team have always delivered with great enthusiasm and a very professional approach. Through some very trying weather conditions and long event set up / delivery / and pack down days and short term on site events. Fruitful have not let us down.

Those of you in the South East, I know are lucky enough to have good vineyard (winter pruning) contractors in your region. It’s an option, we’ve not had in the South West before, but we do now. We have an excellent team here from Justin Emery, pruning with us.  I’m sharing this, because I hope a critical mass will emerge to keep this option open in future years.
